The Repsol Guide structures its selection on several levels: Suns for the most outstanding gastronomic projects, recommended restaurants, and Suns, intended for charming establishments with more everyday and accessible offerings. In recent years, the guide has particularly strengthened this last category, focused on bars, cafes and informal restaurants, with a focus on enjoying "everyday life"; and in this category Xàbia takes the lead with more than a dozen and adding, in 2026, two new recommendations: restaurant Noray y Tosca Restaurant.
