The Department of Economic Dynamization has created the '15st Xàbia Emprén Jovens Award' that aims to recognize the business proposals of young people whose headquarters are in Xàbia. An award that will be presented within the framework of the VII Xàbia Emprén Conference that is celebrated on March XNUMX.
That day the finalists must present their proposal and the jury will announce the winner of the prize worth 500 euros; The first finalist will receive another 300 euros and the second finalist will receive 200 euros.
Young entrepreneurs from Xàbia under 30 years of age, who want to implement their business idea in the municipality, and students in the 2nd year of the Higher Degree in Administration and Finance of the IES La Mar, who present a project or business idea to be implemented in the municipality. The deadline to submit your proposals ends next March 14.
A jury made up of the manager of the Creama, the ADL of Creama Xàbia, the management technique of Creama Xàbia, a representative of Jovempa, Rotary Club Jávea and the company Asevi Home Brands, will evaluate the proposals received taking into account creativity, innovation, originality, viability and knowledge of the potential market and the way of presenting the project.
The 7th Xàbia Emprén Conference will take place in the Multipurpose Room of the Portal del Clot from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and will feature a round table discussion with those responsible for the member Timpers and Asevi Home Brands, Aitor Carratalà and Salvador Pons. There will also be a lecture by the prestigious economist and speaker, Emilio Duró, entitled 'Living with enthusiasm and hope'.
