A hike in the mountains once again mobilized emergency services this afternoon. Accessing on foot would have delayed the assistanceGiven the hiker's weakness and the difficult terrain, the Alicante Provincial Fire Consortium decided to immediately activate the rescue helicopter together with the Special Rescue Group (GER).

The woman was located quickly. Once her position on the path was fixed, the specialists maneuvered the aircraft's winch to lift her into the cabin without needing to land in the area.

Even she doesn't believe it's a sugar crash.
The problem here is the time at which the woman over 50 years old climbed the mountain.
The sun is up and beating down hard.
Ignorant. Let him pay for the helicopter.

Rafeta, the woman may be diabetic; getting dizzy isn't a choice or a whim. And if you don't control your blood sugar, you could end up in a coma.

I'm diabetic and unfortunately, I have to endure these kinds of comments daily. No matter how well you manage your blood sugar, sometimes for some reason your body produces insulin, or it comes from a fat deposit (e.g., when you exercise), and then your blood sugar drops suddenly to the point where you can't even coordinate properly.

I insist, you may be right, but if it's the case I'm telling you about, it's a matter of urgency because it could cost him his life.

I agree. Our “tax dollar” should not pay for this!
Publicizing the fact that they get a bill will perhaps make others think a little more about their plans.
